I know these have been trying times for us all, especially having to hide our true motives from those around us. Our colleagues, our loved ones- all unaware of our true allegiance to the greater good. But now is the time for us to strike and to vanquish the threat that looms over all of us.

I'm in! We're getting our powers tomorrow from what I take it and then the game begins. I've read through the wikipedia but I haven't necessarily played Paranoia but who here has a complete understanding of Paranoia?

Knowledge of Paranoia as a whole is not really needed, nor is it encouraged.

Nice work on the boards, Egos.
I just want you to all remember 2 VERY important things for this phalla- The computer is your friend, and you only know what you need to know, AND WHICH IS ALSO at or below your security clearance. And please avoid posting above your security clearance- for many of us, that will be in infrared (black) or red. Even if anyone should be above that, you might want to keep it to yourself except in cases of emergency epic reveals.

Heya skid, hope you like your avie (had trouble picking one out ). Btw you're younger than you made yourself out to be. (the way you talked about yourself in the past I thought you were in your 40s) p.s. it automatically tells you a members age when its pending.. I didn't do extra snooping

We look out for Commie Mutant Traitors (CMTs for short).
Someone else may have had a dream where there may have been, in some troubleshooter teams which probably never existed, instances where 100% of the team was in various illegal secret societies, which have various and diverse goals, but have one thing in common: the illegal bit. Even if there were societies where say the computer were to theoretically be worshiped, they would still be illegal. It is good to show absolutely zero knowledge of any such thing, which will be easy because you know nothing about them, just like me.
There are also mutants among us. Theoretically it would be possible for most of us to have a mutant ability or other, but I'm not good with math. If you had such a power, it would be illegal to keep the power from Friend Computer, and you should of course register the power with Friend Computer as soon as you learn of it, or be subject to termination. I'd like to stress that nothing bad could possibly happen as a result of everyone knowing you are a mutant and what your power is, in the unlikely event that you should find you have a mutant power.
Remember- not being happy is treason. Not doing your assigned job is treason. Not reporting and/or shooting a traitorous commie mutant pig is treason.

...
I believe you should re-think your analysis, citizen.
The computer is our friend. We fight for friend computer and for Alpha Complex. We are the "good guys".
CMTs threaten to destroy Alpha Complex and all we clones who live our blissful lives within it. They are the "bad guys". There can be no dispute on these points.
